Sap Gloves

What is Sap Gloves?

Sap gloves, also known as weighted-knuckle gloves or law enforcement gloves, are gloves that have been reinforced with weighted materials, such as steel shot or powdered lead, typically sewn into the knuckles or the back of the hand. These gloves are designed to enhance the impact of a punch, providing both protection for the wearer's hands and increased striking power.

Sap gloves are often used by security personnel, law enforcement officers, and individuals seeking a means of self-defense. The added weight can help in subduing an attacker more effectively while also reducing the risk of injury to the user's hands.

However, due to their potential to cause significant harm, the use, possession, and sale of sap gloves are regulated or prohibited in many jurisdictions. It's important to be aware of and comply with local laws and regulations regarding such items.

We must remember that regardless of our differences in rank we are all equal as human beings. You can always tell how caring and compassionate others are in their actions towards those "below" them. Of course you are going to treat your black belt professor kindly, but how do you treat the white belt taking their first class? In spite of the division in belt rank there must be no division as people.
